Senior citizens face many complex issues, which can easily become overwhelming. With a broad understanding of these challenges, I help guide my clients in maintaining their independence, creating a legacy to pass on to future generations, and planning for the future possibility of nursing home care. I founded my practice on the belief that seniors deserve compassionate counseling and practical advice during a potentially difficult time. Whether you need to start thinking about how to protect your home, how to pay for care, or how to qualify for Medicaid and Veterans benefits, I can offer you skilled legal guidance as you plan for tomorrow. I navigate the complex areas of long-term care, incapacity and estate planning, and work with you to craft the best plan for you and your family.
