Herb has dedicated his practice and business experience to the small business entrepreneur and his/her family. Representing family owned and start up businesses, Herb has worked extensively with clients in business, estate and succession planning; litigation matters, mergers; dissolutions and partnership disputes. Herb has also served as counsel for numerous estates, trustees and is appointed as an arbitrator by the Superior Court of New Jersey: Bergen County to hear business and other litigation matters. His general practice background makes him ideally suited to work with clients on both their business and personal matters.
